AlanPaine abc5342258 feat(meeting-details): 增强会议详情页的异步任务状态展示 
- 在转录状态模型中添加 message 字段，用于传递任务状态信息
- 重构异步会议服务，支持提示词模板变量替换（会议标题、时间、创建者、参会者）
- 改进前端状态管理，添加上传进度显示和 AI 总结引导轮询
- 优化任务状态轮询逻辑，避免重复请求并提供更流畅的用户体验
